Easily return your unopened items within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will refund the entire purchase price minus shipping costs. We are unable to refund your original shipping costs unless we sent the wrong candy. However, we will not charge you a restocking fee for unopened candy! We are unable to refund once you opened the candy package.
All claims of damage must be made with the delivery company. Each person has different taste buds and retro candies may have changed from what you remember as a kid. We cannot return due to candy color because every computer monitor is different – however, we will do our best to color match. Please call us for prior approval.
Candy ordered by customer not correct:
Be careful when selecting your candy so that the correct items are sent. To return candy to us that was not ordered correctly just let us know. We obviously will not be able to pay shipping costs both ways but will not charge you a restocking fee.
Shipping addresses not correct:
Be careful when entering your shipping address. We cannot be responsible for shipping costs when you type in a wrong address (i.e. to your own address or to another address). We will try to get the product back if you provided the wrong address but there is a chance that the candy will be lost. We will be unable to provide a refund for this candy. Once again, be careful when typing in addresses.
Hot weather policy:
Please consider adding an ice pack (or several) to your order, as we cannot refund for melted candy. Smaller orders ship via the United States Postal Service Priority Express mail, which has an estimated delivery of 1-3 business days. In general, for orders less than 20lbs, take a look at the map in the email provided (type in your tracking code). You can see how quickly your order will get to you.
For larger orders, we ship UPS Ground. Take a look at the map in the email provided (type in your tracking code) to see how fast our ground shipments get to you!
Please note that these are transit times and do not include the time it takes to process and package your order. Once your package leaves our facility, we are reliant on the delivery company (UPS and/or USPS) to deliver your candy.
We must charge shipping (both ways) when you refuse a package without a good reason. Let’s talk and see why this occurred.
Need to cancel your recent order? Please let us know within 24 hours. Over 24-hour notice (Monday – Thursday) and your order cannot be canceled. If you order on Friday and want to cancel over the weekend, then this will not be a problem!
Do you have a special order?
We are happy to source your special orders. However, we will need to invest money to make this happen so we cannot offer refunds for special orders.
Did we ship you incorrect candy?
First of all – we apologize. Please contact us, email@example.com, and we will ship the correct candy to you. We will arrange to have the original candy shipped back to us, at our cost. Note that we cannot refund the cost of the candy that has been opened or damaged. We must hear about our mistake within 3 days of receipt.
Are you missing candy in your order?
We must know this happened within 3 days of order receipt. We will need to look at package logs and tracking to determine how much we owe you.
